Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #691 in Fort Payne, AL is seeking Seasonal associates for part-time shifts (Opening, Morning). You will move the majority of seasonal merchandise across the store and help customers during busy holidays. Prior product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills are helpful.

This role offers hourly pay with potential performance incentives and various benefits; typical schedule and premiums may apply based on location and shift. Training provided.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills.
