Job summary

Walmart is seeking seasonal associates for Walmart Supercenter #2197 in Cortland, OH. You will help move seasonal merchandise, support customers, and contribute to a well-organized store during peak holiday periods.

Positions available across Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, and Closing shifts. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, and education programs; employment types include both full-time and part-time roles.

• Customer service mindset and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills.
