Job summary

Walmart in Parma, OH is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and merchandise movement during peak seasons. You will assist with stocking, merchandising and customer service tasks to ensure a well organized and inviting shopping experience.

The role requires product knowledge and problem-solving skills, with opportunities for incentives and benefits from Walmart, including health coverage and PTO for eligible associates.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills.
