Walmart in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring seasonal associates to move the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store and be ready for major holidays. The role requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills.

The position offers varied shifts (mid-shift, closing) and both full-time and part-time options, with competitive pay of $15 to $28 per hour plus performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, paid time off and education

Hourly Wage:

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills.
