Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Attalla, AL is seeking seasonal associates to move the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store and assist during major holidays. You will rely on product knowledge, problem-solving and merchandise skills to keep shelves stocked and customers helped.

This role offers flexible shifts with potential for full- or part-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and benefits for eligible associates, including health coverage and PTO; all in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
