Qualifications

• Requires successful completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience including individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
