Qualifications

• 3+ tax seasons of hands-on experience in a professional tax office.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence working directly with clients.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to continue learning.
• Experience in tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate individual federal and state tax returns.
• Conduct one-on-one client tax interviews.
• Identify applicable credits, deductions, and tax-saving opportunities.
• Build relationships that keep clients coming back.
