Jackson Hewitt - 1558 is seeking a Seasonal Tax Preparer to work in Walmart kiosks. You will conduct one-on-one tax interviews, assist walk-ins, and learn tax preparation processes in a fast-paced retail setting.

Trainings will be provided, with support from experienced colleagues. This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to earn performance-based bonuses, and a chance to build a broader client base through Walmart customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work within Walmart kiosk locations to assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins.
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees.
• Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate willingness to learn.
• Utilize basic computer skills to prepare tax returns.
• Be supported by leadership and knowledgeable peers to ensure you are never alone.
• Balance teamwork with autonomy in a dynamic retail setting.
