Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must meet IRS/state CE requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete tax returns for clients with diverse tax situations.
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and promote Block products.
• Provide IRS guidance and audit support as needed.
