Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles.
• Commitment to continuing education and IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse client profiles.
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and cross-sell HR Block products.
• Provide IRS support, notices assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team and support a client-focused office culture.
