Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education & meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities
