You will prepare complete tax returns for individuals and businesses, interview clients to understand their financial situations, and provide personalized recommendations with a focus on tax savings opportunities. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience in tax, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience working in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements; high school diploma or equivalent.
