Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including preparing individual and business returns
• Ability to interview clients to understand financial situations and provide recommendations
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• In-person, client-facing role in a local tax office

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations
