Qualifications

• Must complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or enrollment.
• 1+ year of experience in tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.

Responsabilités

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications.
