Job summary

You will conduct tax interviews, prepare complete returns, drive client growth, and offer IRS support as needed. A bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA or Enrolled Agent certification are preferred; experience with virtual interviews is a plus.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (all certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
