H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs, including individual, trust, and partnership returns, with comprehensive training support.

You will conduct tax interviews, prepare complete tax returns, and help grow client relationships by offering additional services. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including virtual tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification required or actively pursuing.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit representation for Circular 230).
• Mentor and support teammates.
