Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts simply.
• Must complete required continuing education and state/IRS requirements.

Responsibilities
