Qualifications

• Must complete HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax prep/accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations (individuals and businesses).
• Conduct client interviews to understand financials and tax implications; offer personalized recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and cross-sell HR Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive client-focused office environment.
