Qualifications

• Successful completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation and client service
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative role
• Ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED required

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and tax implications
