H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll deliver accurate returns and provide IRS support with the help of an expert team.

You'll complete advanced tax training and work with clients face-to-face or virtually, building trusted relationships and contributing to business growth while growing your career with a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and via virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and cross-sell services.
• Provide clients with IRS notice support.
• Mentor and support teammates.

Connaissances

5+ years of experience in accounting/‑

CPA or Enrolled Agent

Complex returns experience

Virtual tax interviews

Sales and/or marketing experience

Experience completing individual tax

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
