Job summary

You will build trusted relationships by offering empathetic, consultative service and identifying tax savings opportunities and appropriate H&R Block products, with in-office support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• 1+ year in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including individual and business returns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications.
• Provide tax savings opportunities and recommend H&R Block products.
• Offer IRS support, tax notices, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
