• Maintain organized records of all client interactions and tax returns.
• Keep client files up to date and follow up on missing information.
• Participate in training sessions and continuing education to maintain credentials.
• Work with other tax professionals and office staff to ensure seamless workflow.
• Mentor and train junior staff as needed.
