Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - 3164 at Walmart is seeking Seasonal Tax Preparers to assist clients in one-on-one interviews and answer walk-in questions. You’ll learn tax prep in a fast-paced, supportive environment, with the autonomy of independent work and the camaraderie of a team.

Position offers flexible schedules, comprehensive training, PTIN reimbursement, and a bonus program based on performance. Prior experience isn’t required; we welcome self-starters who want to connect with customers.

Qualifications

• No prior tax experience required; open to candidates with any work background.
• Ability to work independently within a team in a high-energy environment.
• Willingness to learn tax preparation and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Work within a Walmart kiosk location.
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins.
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees.

• Utilize basic computer skills.
• Receive leadership support from experienced preparers.
