Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - Walmart kiosk is seeking a Seasonal Tax Preparer to conduct one-on-one tax interviews and assist clients in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will work as part of a team while maintaining independence in handling returns and inquiries.

You will receive a signing bonus of $250 and hourly pay with a competitive bonus package, plus opportunities for advancement and access to training and PTIN registration.

Responsibilities

• Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations.
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees
• Complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills
• Be supported by exceptional leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers, ensuring you're never alone
