Qualifications

• Accuracy, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Availability for full-time seasonal work, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate federal and state income tax returns.
• Interview clients to understand tax situations and identify deductions and credits.
• Review documents and resolve missing or inconsistent information.
• Explain tax results and available services professionally.
• Provide friendly, attentive service that encourages repeat business.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients.
• Work with the office team to manage appointments and walk-ins.
• Protect confidential information and comply with tax preparation requirements.
