Qualificações

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience including individual and business returns
• Experience working in a client-facing, consultative or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications
• Provide empathetic, consultative service and identify tax savings opportunities and H&R Block products
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment
