Qualifications

• Completed HR Block Income Tax Course or equivalent training.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.

• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities
