Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; required.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment.
• Strong communication, including explaining information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend products/services.
• Address questions or unique situations with guidance and resources.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and client-first approach.
