This in-person role offers an hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as you gain tax knowledge and responsibilities, during tax season.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and ability to explain tax information clearly
• Experience in a service-oriented environment with customer interaction
• Problem-solving and ability to organize information for clients
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based resources (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations to clients
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
• Address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and a client-first approach
