Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience in customer service or client interactions.
• Strong communication and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving abilities for organizing information and solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and assess their tax situation.
• Prepare tax returns with training and guidance from teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in an understandable way.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest relevant products and services.
