H&R Block is seekingSeasonal Tax Associate to work in-person at a local tax office in Florida. You will meet with clients, gather tax information, and prepare returns with training and support from experienced teammates.

You will identify savings opportunities, explain tax information clearly, and build strong client relationships through teamwork and a client-first approach. No prior tax experience is required; you will earn a competitive hourly rate and have opportunities to increase earnings

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills with clear explanations and needs assessment
• Problem-solving skills including organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
