H&R Block is hiring a Seasonal Tax Associate in Missouri. You’ll meet with clients to gather information, prepare tax returns with training, and explain tax details clearly. You’ll earn an hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as you build tax knowledge, in-office at a local H&R Block tax office.

No prior tax experience required; training and support provided. Availability includes evenings and weekends during tax season.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or enrollment
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving skills with ability to organize information and identify solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent
