H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Tax Associate in-person at a local tax office. No prior tax experience is required as training is provided from day one. You will meet with clients, gather information, prepare returns, and answer questions while building strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes client-first service and teamwork, with opportunities to increase earnings as tax knowledge grows. Evening/weekend availability during tax season is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service role
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving and organizing information
• Comfort using digital tools incl. Copilot/ChatGPT
