You’ll gather information from clients, prepare returns, and explain tax concepts clearly while identifying potential savings opportunities. Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills including explaining information clearly
• Problem-solving skills including organizing information
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
