Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate in Missouri. You’ll meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation, and you’ll prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.

Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent training.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving ability and organizing information.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
