H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to join a local tax office. You will gather information from clients, prepare tax returns, and answer questions while building client relationships. No prior tax experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided from day one.

You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as you gain tax knowledge and grow in the role. The position is in-person and focused on serving clients during tax season.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication, including explaining information clearly
• Problem-solving and organizing information to identify solutions
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
