H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate for an in-person role at a local tax office in the Charleston, SC area. You’ll gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions with training from day one.

No prior tax experience is required. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate and grow your knowledge and client relationships through hands-on practice and guidance from experienced teammates, especially during peak season. Evening and weekend shifts may be available.

Formación

• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and questions to understand needs.
• Comfort with digital tools including AI-based tools.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather tax information.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with guidance.
• Explain tax information clearly and recommend options.
