Job summary

This in-person role offers an hourly rate, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to increase earnings as tax knowledge grows. Prior tax experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based aids

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommended products/services
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork
