Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Income Tax Course or enrollment/completion.
• Experience interacting with customers in service settings.
• Clear communication and active listening to understand needs.
• Strong problem-solving and information organization.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems like Copilot/ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest relevant products/services.
• Analyze client information and address questions with guidance.
• Build client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork.
