You will explain tax concepts clearly, identify savings opportunities, and recommend products and services, all while building strong client relationships and contributing to office goals.

This in-person role provides everyday learning opportunities and earnings potential through a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers/clients in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs
• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information
• Comfort using digital tools (AI-based tools)

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services

• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and a client-first approach
