H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Advisor to help clients navigate complex tax situations and maximize savings. You will prepare returns, interview clients, and deliver clear, personalized recommendations using our training and technology.

This in-person role is based at a local H&R Block office with competitive hourly pay and incentives. As part of the team, you’ll build lasting client relationships, provide IRS support when needed, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive

Competenze

Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
Experience in preparing individual and business returns.
Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
High school diploma or GED required.

Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations, including individual and business returns
Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations, life changes, and tax implications — then provide clear, personalized recommendations
Build trusted client relationships by delivering empathetic, consultative service and identifying tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products
Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance to clients as needed.
