Qualifications

• Successful completion of required HR Block assessments.
• 2+ years in tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Clear communication of tax concepts to clients.
• Maintain IRS/state requirements and CE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Interview clients to understand finances and tax implications.
• Provide recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Offer IRS support, notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team and maintain a client-focused office environment.
