Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking Seasonal Tax & Accounting Staff to support our Tax & Accounting teams during the busy tax season.

Ideal candidates may have accounting coursework or prior accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or tax experience. The role runs roughly November/December 2026 through April 2027, with a flexible schedule of at least 24 hours per week and a starting pay of $20/hour.

Qualifications

• If you’ve taken accounting courses or have previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, or a related area, we’d like to hear from you.
• Season: November/December 2026 through April 2027.
• Pay: Starting at $20/hour.
• Schedule: Flexible seasonal schedule, with a minimum of 24 hours per week, during our Monday through Friday workweek.
• This is a temporary seasonal position and is not eligible for employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Help process year-end accounting information.
• Prepare W-2s, 1099s and other tax forms.
• Assist with payroll tax reporting.
• Support data entry and preparation of individual and business tax returns.
• Assist experienced Tax Accountants during tax season.
• Help keep work organized and moving to meet important tax deadlines.
• Work with customers and team members to provide great service.
