Five Below seeks a capable retail professional to join the team as a crew supervisor. You will ensure fast, friendly checkout, train staff on our customer-first approach, and oversee daily store operations.

You may open or close the store, manage cash, and respond to urgent issues with composure while maintaining outstanding service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year of management experience preferred.

• Strong communication, multitasking and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Experience leading or supervising a team is a plus.
