Job summary

Mejuri in Tysons, VA is seeking a Seasonal Stylist to welcome customers, educate them on our jewelry, and inspire confident purchases during our peak season. You’ll help create a warm, friendly shopping experience that reflects Mejuri’s brand and values on the sales floor and across channels.

You'll stay current on fashion trends, promote Mejuri services, and collaborate with the team to achieve KPIs like SPH, OPH, and NPS targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to validate the in-store customer experience and train the team on Mejuri's selling steps.
• Promote services offerings (piercing, engraving, etc.) and ensure positive customer experience.
• Support back-of-house flow for order fulfillment and packaging to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain organized back-of-house and display inventory; manage supplies.
• Learn and use point-of-sale systems and other retail tech.
• Mitigate shrink and escalate issues to store leadership.
• Ensure Mejuri brand standards in visual presentation and fixtures maintenance.
• Foster a positive, engaging work environment and compliant practices.

Mejuri is heading into its busiest time of year and looking for seasonal support to join our team! As a Seasonal Stylist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and first impressions are everything. You'll create a warm, inviting experience that feels like shopping with your best friend-staying current on fashion trends, educating customers on our products, and inspiring them to try something new. You're a role model of Mejuri's brand vision and values, both with your team and with every customer you meet. We are hiring August 17th through October 10th to support until January 22nd, 2026.

The Role:

• Customer:
  • STACK : Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience by communicating, training, and upholding expectations on the team on Mejuri's Steps of Selling.
  • Services : Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings.
  • KPIs: OPH, SPH, NPS (85%
• Operations:
  • Order Fulfillment : Participate as needed the back of house flow to support in-store sales, phone sales or BOPIS, ensuring efficiency with packaging and order delivery standards.
  • Storage & Organization : Support in maintaining organizational integrity of our BOH up to and including display inventory and sellable inventory, packaging, and all supplies.
  • Systems & Technology: Experience using or possesses the ****ability to learn to use point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.
  • Shrink: Supports in mitigating internal, external and administrative loss of product.
  • Escalations: Participate in Identify and elevate opportunities, gaps, risks and roadblocks to store leadership.
• Merchandising:
  • Merchandising. Support in ensuring that Mejuri brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness and functionality are upheld
  • Fixtures & Maintenance. Support with validating the integrity of all display forms, graphics, furniture, and decor items to manage costs and propel the brand, notifying appropriate teams when display tools are missing or damaged.
  • Escalations: Flag, identify and action any inefficiencies

Looking for the perfect next opportunity is a big decision. Mejuri recognizes the importance of pay transparency when it comes to salary ranges as it empowers individuals through the hiring process and supports them in making an informed decision. This role currently has a base pay range of $18 - $20 per hour based on a candidate's experience and qualifications.
