As part of the team, you will drive sales, maintain store presentation, and support store operations, including receiving shipments and Omni Channel processing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales and key performance goals.
• Drive revenue growth through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize the Selling Program to uncover customer needs and deliver personalized solutions.
• Assist leadership with store initiatives to support profitability and business objectives.
• Provide styling recommendations across product categories and create head-to-toe solutions.
• Stay informed on seasonal collections and trends to share with customers.
• Maintain brand appearance and customer engagement.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Support store operations through receiving shipments and replenishment.
• Support Omni Channel Processing (EOM) and related tasks.
• Execute all housekeeping tasks.
