Kate Spade New York is seeking a Stylist to assist customers in selecting products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle, demonstrating knowledge of handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, and more.

You will greet guests, provide styling advice, guide purchase decisions, and ensure a seamless checkout, while maintaining stockroom organization and contributing to a high-energy, inclusive store environment. This role offers growth within the Tapestry family.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, listen and provide styling advice to create complete looks.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout.
• Demonstrate brand knowledge across categories and upsell add-ons.
• Maintain stockroom organization and process POS transactions.
