Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor in New York to deliver outstanding customer service, guide customers through fashion trends, and actively sell products. You will promote our loyalty app and sustainability initiatives while representing the brand in every interaction.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omnichannel experience.
Willingness to engage and converse with customers to provide excellent service.
Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.
Promote and sell products to customers.
Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets.
