Kate Spade New York is seeking a Stylist to assist customers in selecting products matching their aesthetic and lifestyle, while showing how to incorporate Kate Spade pieces into existing wardrobes.

The role emphasizes creativity, product knowledge across categories, and delivering a seamless checkout experience. Flexibility with schedules and a strong emphasis on customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Styling: Greet guests warmly with strong product knowledge, understand customer needs, provide styling advice, and create complete looks.
• Sales & Business Acumen: Drive results through customer connections, demonstrate brand knowledge, maintain stockroom and POS transactions, and share feedback constructively.
