Job summary

Anthropologie in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to contribute to driving sales by delivering a genuine and unique customer experience to each guest.

You will engage customers with friendly conversation, share product suggestions, assist with sizes and colors, and place orders for items not in store. You’ll work with a collaborative team, support omni-order fulfillment, and maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while focusing on the shopper’s needs.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand knowledge or interest.
• Experience delivering customer service.
• Able to work collaboratively with a team and follow store initiatives.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage customers in a personalized way.
